| Q | Where are your staff from? |
| A | All of our staff are Thai. All of them are from North and North Eastern Thailand. We've done throrough background check properly. Our cleaning staff are working full-time. The everage experience of our staff is 2 years. |
| Q | How long are you in the business? |
| A | We are a new company, but we have been sub-contractor for other cleaning companies since 2000 (9 years). It may take a bit more time for us to run business effectively, but we know best in cleaning process. Our cleaning jobs will be professional and reliable. |
| Q | After the cleaning is done, what if I'm not satisfied with the result? |
| A | Before you sign off the cleaning job, you will be asked to check and verify all detail of the result of cleaning. If you are not happy with the cleaning result, we will correct it and re-do it until you are satisfied with it. |
| Q | How payment can be made? |
| A | We accept cash, check and wire transfer. The payment will be made upon the completion of the cleaning. |
| Q | What about credit terms? |
| A | If you are a company, credit terms will be as accordance with your bill period. If you're an individual, we follow the standard way of payment done by all other cleaning service providers. Payment is to be done after the work is completed. |
| Q | How long will it take if you send site detail to us via email for the estimate? |
| A | We will send you a complete quote within 1 workin day, but if you want Ballpark figure (without a quote), we will respond to you within 2 hours during working hours. However, we really encourage you to allow us to do estimation at your site. It's will be the most accurate and it's totally free. |

| A | We can do the cleaning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose any time that suit you. |
